Find out more about these fascinating but often misunderstood creatures by joining Dr Sheila Wright and members of the Nottinghamshire Bat Group for an escorted walk to see the species of bat that inhabit Wollaton Park.
Bat detectors will be used to pick up their ultrasonic calls as they hunt for insects over the lake and around the trees and buildings in the park.
The walk will be preceded by an illustrated talk about these intriguing creatures – the real stars of the night!
